I’m just curious about the following scenario
Lets say someone has a life insurance and get a death sentences.
Would the life insurance policy be automatically void?

I am sure that is one of the exceptions.

Right next to ******* is probably the one about “being involved in criminal activity that resulted in death…”

Even if it wasn’t… it takes up to 20 years from death sentence to execution… that insurance company would have to be paid 20 years worth of premiums while the policy holder sits behind bars and waits for his timely death. Chances are that they will cancel his policy on him as soon as they find out that he is behind bars…

it is in the contract that they do NOT get paid

Yea it is against the law for someone to receive life insurance benefits relating to an illegal activity.

    it will be void
